The centerpoint,splash and max application for the pass 5 months online.. till last May, I ordered on end of may think that my invoice will send to my email right away like, when I didn’t received it i called the customer service. They said update my email on my application, so I updated, after awhile that I didn’t received I called again they said it will take 2-4days to be updated. So i wait for how many even the invoice i need to report to accounting because my order is for company stock, after waiting for that days.. guest what?? Its not resolved and its take many days or 3 days to be solved my problem.. imagine the stress and all i experience within that days.. every day they have different explanation.. and guest what.. I found out yesterday that my email still didn’t updated and they said they cant to anything. So stressful and i end up to return my order again. I hope this company and do something about the customer service. And your software. For the customer.

I ordered a package consisting different items, mainly ladies handbags, kids clothes and shoes.I was very disappointed when my order didn’t deliver after 3 business days. I got call on 4th day i.e, Dec 1st, 2021 from courier guy but I was not at home that time so I asked him that we can arrange some other time for delivery and next day I got SMS that package rejected by customer. I even got call from conter point head office confirming that but I told them that I want the package and please get it delivered. But they sent my package to ware house and showed the status that its returned. I must say this is such a poor service by the courier company and by the Center Point itself. I have a flight and I wanted to take that stuff for gifts. Center point wasted my 10 days waiting for the package and in the end they say that order it again, we cannot dekiver it. Just saying Sorry is not enough. You do whatever you want and then just say sorry. I repeat again I have experienced the Worst and Pathetic service ever by Center Point.

Using the app is easy, however for after sales service is very unsatisfactory. Even after the order is delivers the Order status shows PROCESSING. I order shoes for my daughter, the size wasn’t compatible. To change the size by myself from SHOEMART turned out to be a headache. After the delivery of the order I called customer service, I was told in the system it is not showing the order is delivered and I cannot change it until it displays the correct status. Was told its an IT issue and should be resolved within24 hours max, then I should call back to confirm. 3 days later when I called same issue. The agent was in a hurry to end the call repeating the same thing “IT issue” and promised to resolve it within next 24 hours. Very disappointed and frustrated as the shoes were for school and urgently needed.

Very bad online shopping experience and very bad customer service

Using the app to place an order is very easy. However, to track your shipment, the details are very limited and shows only “in process” . If the delivery is very delayed, there is no way to find out the reason or to find someone from the customer service to really help you. I have placed an order for party costume for my so , the delivery was delayed. I contacted customer service many times in order to find out the reason and to request delivery on time. All the people working at the call center were only able to raise the “complaint” by email but no one was able to contact the courier service to request delivery on time or to really help me. The only thing they can do if anything goes wrong is to send an email and no one will follow. As a customer, I was not happy with my experience at all and I didn’t feel my rights are preserved at all. As I am not able to contact someone who really was able to help and no one bothered to look at solutions for the problem or to contact me.
