I would like to raise several concerns regarding the recent upgrade to the Lulu app, as it has made basic money transfer tasks significantly more difficult.Net banking is no longer available, which removes an essential feature I relied on. Instant transfers now fail repeatedly with multiple errors, making urgent transactions impossible. Because of this, I had to visit the branch in person, as I am not even sure whether Apple Pay, Ani etc.. supports international transfers or whether I will actually be receiving a proof of transaction and my recipient will receive the funds.At the moment, the only remaining option is wire transfer, which is inconvenient, requires multiple steps, and forces the user to take manual notes and cross‑check details with the app. The process is not user‑friendly and slows down essential banking.Support channels have also been unhelpful. WhatsApp chat is never answered, and phone support repeatedly claims the issue is “just for today,” even though the problems have continued.I am requesting urgent clarification and a resolution. The app needs to restore essential features or provide reliable alternatives, along with clear guidance on how to complete transfers safely and efficiently after the upgrade.

Dear All,I warned everyone don't used this application to send money to your love ones specially that was intended for emergency. I send Money and it was deducted on my acc but when i try to ask why ,how to fix it it take 3 days even they have my money and called many times and no one concern about your issue😡😡😡They promises it will be fix it will be fix and in the end of the day nothing happens. Where you are in Emergency they don't care about your money the issue.Again don't use this Apps if you love your love one they will wait for nothing and you will suffer stress and that is not pair.

Not a fan of doing bad reviews especially that this year should end with a good start. but This lulu app is worst! This is the second time that their system is always having technical issue. Agent keeps on saying that they will process the money once they get the update. But even after 2 days they kept on saying the same thing! I have sent the money for my family for an urgent needs but all i get is stress for following up again and again. The Agent will tell you that they already escalated the issue to their Management but you guys just wait with your slow process and let the customer on hold about their concern. You don’t do follow up unless i raised a complaint! I went to shabiya 10 branch i went to adcb bank and they just keep on saying to wait! Money is being in-trusted but there is no remorse for taking the initiative to make your service faster.

It’s been a long time that I’m using this app but now I need to switch. Already logged a complaint more than 3 days ago regarding your cash pick-up option through ria as I keep receiving error and until now the issue is still there. I opted to use today the cash pick-up through transfast and the money was not available for pick-up in the Philippines as it was hold by transfast this is same issue that I’ve experienced many times they keep holding my transfer. Logged a complaint and until now is not yet fixed. If ria was working fine I would definitely use this especially for emergency purposes rather than transfast. Please fix your cash pick-up ria in Lulu money App as this is more reliable.
