First of all the 3 stars are only because of the layout of the Application and the smoothness of use. Great job 👍.The ashamed thing that it should be 5 stars instead of 3 and the 2 stars are missing because I have tried to use one of the offers (Sparkys fun world - Al Khalidya Mall) but they said the offer is not available here and you have to call another company which I have tried many time but the mobile number you have provided is always switched off! (Thats one star gone) then I have tried to report the offer but there are no option to report (thats the other star gone).First someone needs to make disciplinary action with sparkys. Second “Report an offer problem” option must be there.Thanks.

The app has been online for 4 years now. And the user interface is extremely appalling. As a member my offers page os empty, app takes too pong to open and function. Offers on the membership keep getting significantly worse every year. At the very least, invest in making a functioning application
