I have ordered one jump suit and it was not that I was expecting I wanted to return it but the Aramaic didn’t contact me they called me only once I didn’t pick up , since that time they didn’t call me back any more I have been sending emails to vogacloset but they were saying I’m not picking up ,,Aramax didn’t insist on calls to pick up the items and when it passed 15 days they told me we can’t return it any more .. until now the item still in my closet I have never wear it’s a bad quality . Plus bad quality service from the customer service and the worst part Aramax

Worst return and refund experience ever! From 2 months trying to return a dress and ask for refund no one is picking up my dress they have miscommunications with the shipping company which apparently mission impossible for them to solve when i called the agent told me how about you help us and also keep calling the shipping company??????? Why do I have to do your job!!! It should be a simple task. They have no proper solution even though they know it’s been so long they keep just doing the same thing over & over again as if the 10th times that it didn’t work before is not enough. If you buy expect dealing with an agent or company that doesn’t know how to solve a simple problem & would rather keep the issue ongoing than simply refund you & prioritize you. Thanks.

I returned three dresses from my order, but I was only refunded for one of them. After contacting customer service, I was told there was no proof that I had returned all three items, despite the fact that they were sent back together. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over six weeks and still have not received the remaining refund. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expected a fair investigation and better customer support. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
