A Disappointing and Frustrating Insurance Plan

I'm deeply disappointed with the SUKOON Vital insurance plan, which I consider to be the most unsatisfactory insurance experience I've ever had. If a company chooses this plan, it feels like an oppression toward the employees. If an employee chooses it, it's likely due to a lack of information, bad luck and the beginning of a challenging frustrating journey.Locating a hospital within the network is a task in itself. Upon finding one, you're required to enter through the emergency department and consult with a general practitioner (GP), even for follow-up visits with known doctors. This process feels as covert as a thief sneaking in.When you finally consult a doctor, they often suggest tests or treatments that are best for your condition. However, due to insurance limitations, they can only provide certain services, compromising the quality of care received.At the pharmacy, getting medicine approved is another hurdle. It often requires two prescription modifications from the doctor. What's worse is that my last prescription was for a three-month treatment, but SUKOON only approved one month's supply because my insurance was set to expire in a month. This was non sense and incredibly frustrating.There's a wise business saying: 'If you win a customer you won 4 if you lose a customer you lost 16.' This means businesses should work harder to retain customers than to acquire new ones. Not every day brings profits, and wealth doesn't come from every customer but from a fair market share.Unfortunately, SUKOON seems to have missed this point. I would never recommend this insurance plan and hope no one else falls into their trap.I wrote this because I’m feeling bad and I wanted to maybe benefit someone who is in the stage of choosing insurance. No one advised me when I was choosing, so I hope this helps.

Horrible costumer care

Medication approval took more than week, they blamed to hospital, so i had to go there and make a call with both parties, it seems that insurance team are not checking there email property which delayed my medications for more than week. After all this mess from oman insurance team, my medication got rejected because i don’t have medical history !!!! WoooW is that even a jock ?! I paid extra money to upgrade my insurance and this is what i get from a cheap and unprofessional insurance company. Im wondering if (god forbid) something serious happened or i required surgery… what would happen My advice to who ever is reading this message: go and find some professional and better company not this ch🤭t

App is slow, weirdly designed, non-intuitive with lots of unnecessary fields “others/others/others/others” to fill in. Tends to reset your session, but at least now you login back via UAE ICP, that’s why not a “one star rating”. App also allows to add only 1 files per category which is complete nonsense if you look to claim multiple invoices. No pre-authorisation options available.
