Very disappointed service. The delivery was delayed and the information provided throughout the process was inaccurate. Every time i contacted customer support i received conflicting updates.What was most frustrating was the apparent lack of communication between them and the delivery partner. They mixed the orders and i have to chase multiple parties just to find out where my order is.Overall the experience was below expectations. I would not recommend this service unless they make improvements

Disgusting and Ridiculous service!The service is not friendly and not humanity. The deliver I request is for a patient in the hospital and the team of this company doesnt care at all how important it is to delivery the item on time, I paid extra to get the item to be delivered as promised for 1 hour but it was 11 hours before the item reached to the patient! and the team didnt take an action to find where is the item delivered. The item was just left to the reception of the hospital didnt bothered to look for the receiver and wanted to let the patient go down and take the item instead - which the delivery guy didnt understand the purpose of surprising someone who is patient in the hospital and making them happy. This is ridiculous service and not suggesting to be use again, also the item in the website is not the same as it is in person! it came different. I myself solved my own problem and find the whole receptions hospital to find where is the item delivered and no compensation or whatsoever the company gave me and explanation about the type of delivered they did.

Very bad service, they were late, not 1 hour or 2 but not delivered except when the occasion finished which is the next day. If I wasn’t fighting with them, they wouldn’t even have delivered it. When delivery was late, they didn’t even inform me, I had to find out. The customer service team are not customer service, as if they are robots. They just do what is told and what is in the books. They should learn how to service the customer and that’s why they are called customer service but unfortunately they are not. Even the quality is not as expected. Honestly, they are not able to take this much operations. They should have a maximum capacity, once reached they shouldn’t take any more orders but unfortunately it’s all about business and money. It shouldn’t be the case. Even there is no supervisor to speak to, I wonder what is the supervisor’s role if they are not there to support the customers. Until now I haven’t received any call from them, it shows that they really don’t even care. They don’t deserve 1 fil.

It was frustrating, but I still gave the benefit of the doubt. This year, I tried even harder. I ordered earlier, made sure payment went through, and waited for the confirmation. The payment was successful, my number was reflected, and yet the order never processed. No call, no follow-up, no effort to fix it.I planned something meaningful for my wife — a simple surprise to make her smile. Instead, I ended up being the one surprised, realizing on her birthday that nothing was coming. It’s a terrible feeling when you try to make someone you love happy, and the service you trusted fails you again on the same special day.This isn’t just “bad service.” It’s careless, and it shows a lack of responsibility toward customers who rely on you for important moments. A simple “sorry” doesn’t fix two years of disappointment.If this happened to you — twice, on your wife’s birthday — how would you feel?This has been the worst experience I’ve had with FNP.
