Multiple times I have tried to submit a claim on this website and it seems like it doesn’t allow anyone to go through the next page. Once you are logged in, all your information will be automatically stored however when you go to the next page where you will upload the documents, same error shows. It’s not allowing you to input the DATE OF BIRTH part!!! At first I thought it was only because of my mobile, but then I tried to open it in my laptop, the same issue I am experiencing!!! When it was previously owned by AXA, I do not have to go through this hassle and reimbursement stuff because I don’t even have to shed any amount of money before getting my treatment. Now I have to suffer all this!! Thanks to you GIG

Very limited policy coverage - even for urgent surgery, I had to wait more than 10 days for approval. The insurance company was requesting unnecessary documents while I had to use an inhaler for asthma and endure pain until they finally approved my thoracic surgery. Even my surgeon informed them about the situation and the possibility of an infected balloon inside my lungs leaking and causing a life-threatening infection.Additionally, during my 2 visits to the ER, I had to wait 3-5 hours for approval just to undergo diagnostic procedures.The application has limited info, and when you receive an SMS with a link to learn more about a request, it simply opens the app without displaying any relevant information.

Very irritating to set a pin every time one logs in.Very irritating to keep having to click okay got it twice when logging in. Once I have selected I don’t want notifications why don’t you make it a default choice. Every time I submit a claim why do I have to enter my phone number. Can’t you have it pre filled with an option to change it if needed?Hope you improve the app, which spoils the experience of an otherwise reputed company.
