They have the best and latest trends in eyewear and lenses, the delivery was very quick, safe and great package!Also they have exclusive brands and products! Very easy to choose frames size as they are described in each sunglasses/glasses! I finally found the blue light glasses, that protects the eyes from the computer/phone light, I loved all my itens! Looking forward for next shopping and get my colorful lenses!

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from Eyewa. I made an honest mistake when ordering my contact lenses and accidentally selected the wrong prescription. I understand that the mistake was mine, but I only opened 1 pair out of the 15 pairs, and the remaining 14 pairs are completely unused and cannot be used by me because of the incorrect grade.What disappointed me most was not simply making the wrong purchase, but the lack of a helpful solution from customer service. I was hoping Eyewa could offer an alternative, such as an exchange, store credit, or another option that would help me avoid losing the money I spent on lenses I cannot use.I understand that there may be policies regarding returns or exchanges for contact lenses, but I believe good customer service also means showing understanding and making a reasonable effort to help customers in situations like this.Unfortunately, I was left feeling that there was no willingness to help, even though 14 pairs remain unopened and unused. This experience has made me question the level of customer care Eyewa provides.I hope Eyewa will reconsider how situations like this are handled and offer more customer-friendly solutions. Mistakes happen, and a little understanding and effort to find a fair resolution would make a big difference. I’m not asking for special treatment—just a reasonable solution that would help me avoid losing money on 14 pairs of lenses I cannot use.

Their customer service is worse every time I ask them where is my package when it would be delivered they give me different excuses every time and I have emails to prove that they keep on saying that my phone number is wrong and they add up any digits from their mind although I’ve been ordering previously a lot of time and they were delivering it right on time and with the same number they were contacting me But nowadays it takes one month for them to reply or even respond and they don’t seem to be caring enough to actually compensate you or do anything super special for their inconvenience no one is hold accountable in fixing the mistake I’m very frustrated I’ve been receiving emails from them that we will do a refund. They mission that they will deliver it 1 to 2 business days but it took them a month now and I haven’t received my order they are unapologetic
