Reliability, transparency in all dealing and professional approach- these are the three characteristics come to my mind when I think of my experience with Cars 24. Bought a Nissan Kicks 2019 model from Cars 24 recently. From the time of first reserving the car for test drive I could see the professionalism in the approach of the staff. In fact I choose this car from five different vehicle from Cars 24 I test drive. Mr Shaikh Ameer, my relationship manager kept me informed of every step. I would say it was a hassle free operation through out. Mr Anjoom , Sales representative of this car I bought was also knowledgeable and professional in his dealings. I can see the entire team of staff are really good. With this approach to keep customers happy, they create a long lasting impression in their minds! I am sure Cars 24 will be a great success in UAE and all other markets with this approach. All the very best Cars 24!

I purchased a Nissan Sunny 2016 from Cars24. Got it financed by the bank and the entire process took a total of 4 weeks from the first time I booked the car through the Cars24 app. The entire journey was quite interesting as I learnt a lot about the various procedures involved. Mr dinesh Kumar, my relationship manager, is the one who was responsible for making all of this happen and I must say that although his methods might seem a bit unconventional at first, he delivers and he delivers well. We had been coordinating back and forth since the start and I had requested him to have my car delivered by the last working day of the year but he made it happen a day earlier which was a really nice surprise and really appreciated. At the end, he got results which is all that mattered. The car was delivered in a recovery truck and I have to say that the car was clean inside and out with a good car smell. It was accompanied by Yaseen from the delivery team who greeted me with a box of chocolates and a decorative ribbon with lots of balloons from Cars24 which was quite exciting. He gave me the warranty booklet and some relevant information and then handed me the key to my new car. I’d like to thank Mr. Dinesh and the entire Cars24 team involved in the process like Min ko (first test drive) and Akshay Vijay (second test drive) to name a few. I now look forward to owning and driving this car, expecting the continued support from Cars24 and hope that it runs smoothly with minimal maintenance.

Strongly don’t recommend! I requested a test drive then same day they emailed me saying sorry the test drive is cancelled because QC marked car no go! Then after some time i texted them they said sorry it’s a mistake! Test drive is confirmed and on time, car came and the guy had zero information about the vehicle and when i ask any questions he tells me sorry it’s my first viewing and I don’t know, anyways i found out that the car GPS is not working, am talking about a c 200 coupe Mercedes! Also the blind spot and parking sensors were not working! So the guy said we will fix no problem! I thought it was checked by QC and the 150 points that you keep advertising! He says sorry it was parked in the yard for long time and maybe something happened! Then i had to wait for a week till they fix it following up everyday to push them to finish it, finally they came back after a week saying sorry we can’t! If you want GPS then go purchase a memory card from Mercedes for 6K and they will install it for you! Wooow then the big surprise was, they said the car is accident free and original paint! But after checking the chassis number i found out that car has an accident report and the door was painted! So i told them you had to mention that and adjust the price as it is overpriced for a painted car! They said no! It’s not a imajor accident so that’s why we didn’t mention it! Summary is that they are not trusted. Never ever recommend them to anyone!

I bought a jaguar xj 2027 model from this frauds just last month with full cash amount back in July 2023. As the bank finance didn’t go through. They harassed me day and night by calling and texting to take the car. So I finally got it. After they delivered the car they kept the service log book to themselves which I saw during the test drive. When I requested them to give it. They stalled me for one month straight. Keep in mind I had to call them everyday. Send hundred of text and email only to get no responses for days. In less than 10 days of getting the car and driving less than 100kms. The car was showing suspension fault. For which they tried to blow it off by saying it’s just the sensors malfunctioning. After finally convincing them to take the car back to their garage, here I am after almost two weeks with no car and no updates. Finally after a month of frustration my wife and I decided to return the car and ask for a refund. So we went to their corporate office in downtown to request them for a refund but their customer manager rudely denied without any explanation or solution. Saying we only had one week to return the car. Keep in mind their team we stalling me for the service log book for more than two weeks after we purchased the car. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY and the dubai police and rta should atleast fine them for how they are operating through misinformation and misleading the customers. They did not disclose the information about the car having major suspension issues. And they wasted one month of my time by saying they lost the official service log book. Please I request everyone to not waste their time with this company and look for better alternatives.
