If you’re in urgent issue be ready you will have to pay! I feel this is the strategy by this insurance make it as complicated as possible for customers to claim so they will end up paying rather than waiting for the insurance approval.

Not able to proceed beyond registration as it gives error that “ID number not valid”There is no option of using hyphen as in the ID card number as the numeric keypad is the not option to key in the ID number which doesn’t have a hyphen. Either the registration should accept ID number without hyphen or allow user to enter ID number with hyphen.
