Order Cancelled After 30 Minutes – Extremely Disappointing

I ordered food through this app and waited for around 30 minutes, only to have my order cancelled with the message that the restaurant was closed. This happened during lunchtime, which makes the situation even more frustrating.The app should show the restaurant’s actual operating status before accepting the order and wasting the customer’s time. I strongly recommend not using online payment on this app. Overall, a very disappointing experience and one of the most frustrating food-ordering apps I have ever used.

Very poor support and service

From the past 2 days I had ordered 6 orders and all the orders were cancelled by the restaurants also that is informing half hour back after the ordering. Moreover the cash is going back to the app wallet only, without accepting any order how we can use the wallet money back, I have AED 100 in wallet and of no use. All the other suppliers order will be reaching to us until that time. So will not recommend to anyone anymore.

Absolutely Terrible Experience! I received wrong order and when contacted customer service to correct their mistake they took 3 hours to sort outa simple issue. This completely unacceptable. If there were an option to give negative stars, I would gladly give this app -5 stars
