Decided to update my review after using CityDrinks for a while, and honestly, the experience stays consistently great. The app is still one of the most convenient ways to order drinks in the UAE — everything is straightforward, the interface is clean, and placing an order literally takes seconds.Delivery has been fast every single time, even during busy hours, and the selection keeps getting better — from everyday essentials to more unique options. I also appreciate that the prices remain reasonable, and there are always items that fit different budgets.Overall, CityDrinks continues to be a reliable app that makes last-minute plans or restocking at home super easy. Just updating this review to reflect that the quality and service have stayed consistently high. Definitely worth having on your phone.

I want you to fire your customer service lady “ISSAC “ she is so rude and almost she abbused me when I ordered a day before though they charged me 30 aed for delivery . At the time of delivery they refused to give the order because I was at my office to collect it and while ordering there were no such instructions that they will not deliver at offices and when I requested the delivery to near by my friends location she said she will try and she was so rude telling me all the customers are aware ! How would I know when iam first time used and you don’t even put instructions? If you would have put instructions I wouldn’t order . And she told me iam cancelling your order we don’t need it and you will get refund and she didn’t even inform me when I’ll get my refund ? If you are cancelling now !! Give me refund right now !!! This is sooo terrible insane and worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life . I will never order from this app and I will never recommend to anyone to order from here .. You should know everyone in Dubai are in busy life so make it convenient for us .

I recently discovered the City Drinks app, and it’s been a game-changer for me. They have an impressive selection of drinks, including craft beers, fine wines, and some really unique cocktails. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is top-notch. One of the standout features is their express delivery. My orders always arrive within an hour, which is perfect for those spontaneous late-night cravings when you don’t want to leave the house. The app itself is very user-friendly. Browsing through the selection, adding items to your cart, and checking out is all incredibly easy and smooth. I’ve never had any issues with the interface, and the whole process is seamless. Overall, I highly recommend the City Drinks app for anyone who enjoys a good drink and values convenience.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from them, and I must say, they exceeded all expectations. Their range of drinkable products and vapes is not only impressive but also of the highest quality. The drinks are fresh, flavorful, and well-packaged, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. As for their vapes, the variety and smoothness are unmatched. What truly sets them apart, though, is their exceptional service. Delivery was incredibly prompt, and the products arrived exactly as described. The team clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction, and their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their service. If you're looking for reliable and premium drinkable products or vapes, I highly recommend Citydrinks They've won me over as a loyal customer, and I’ll definitely be returning for
