I can’t explain my feelings and my family for this poor performance app first of all I book contacted flights they never sent any information or update just they send poor confirmation email and with unprofessional format then once I go in counter I found there is update need to have some amount in cash with you I have in my bank account but request to be cash I try to contact customer service nothing to help the. I do booking with the remaining money I have in my bank account because my family two days not sleeping they hold money and nothing booking confirmations once I ask customer service confirm booking or return my money back saying sorry it take 5 to 7 days I will sleep with my family one week in airport for this issue it’s not my mistake and I pay the amount show in your app Everyone by away from this app you will get hard time as what I have and for sure a lot of people have same experience with them .

I would advise everyone booking through Cleartrip to always check the total amount at the time of payment after applying all their discounts and vouchers. I missed my flight and received zero refund due to an AM/PM issue, with zero support from their end and no reminder for my flight. When I contacted SpiceJet, they refunded the taxes and advised me to check with Cleartrip. Initially, Cleartrip claimed they couldn't help since SpiceJet had already refunded some money, but after I insisted, they refunded a portion of it. Later, the support team said this refund was deducted from my cashback, leaving nothing more to refund. Therefore, don't book overpriced tickets expecting any support — all their offers seem fake. Despite receiving a discount of AED 450, the final cost was AED 400 more expensive than MakeMyTrip. Be cautious and learn from others' experiences.

Firstly, their website is incredibly primitive, as if it belongs to a bygone era. Secondly, the app completely lacks any modern touch or user-friendliness. I struggled significantly with searching and updating information, not to mention the complications during the booking process. I was shocked by hidden 'convenience fees' that suddenly appeared on the payment page, and ultimately, the entire transaction failed due to a technical glitch. To make matters worse, the refund takes 5-7 business days, which has delayed me from making a new booking because the funds are tied up. In short, it was a bitter and terrible experience that I will never repeat. Not recommended at all.

The call center is unresponsive, there’s no email support, and no physical office in the country. Chat support keeps you waiting indefinitely without resolution.Overall, the platform feels unreliable and understaffed when it comes to customer service, making post-booking support a frustrating experience. While the booking process is seamless and the offers may seem attractive, you may regret your decision if you need to make any changes later.I would strongly advise against booking through Cleartrip.
