i absolutely love using Udora! it has become my go to app whenever i need a last minute flower or gifts. as someone who occasionally forgets important dates, the same day delivery options has been a lifesaver more than once😭 the app is very easy to use and i love that there’s many options of stores to choose from ( sometimes i spend hours confused what to buy 🫠 ). everything ive ordered has arrived on time and the experience has been smooth, they also have made changes in wrap etc if requested. highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient way to send gifts in the UAE!🌸

Just discovered Udora here in the UAE and had a really good first experience with it! Ordered a cake and some flowers for a friend's birthday, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Its been a year or so im using this app, the easiest , the fastest, top quality online shopping for gifts, flowers. Very professional and responsive customer service. Never had any issues with orders, plus there is a special loyalty program which lets you earn increasing percentage of cashback when you reach specific total amount spent. In the app you also receive photos from the flowershops to approve the delivery of the item you purchased after checking the photo. Love it! Also they have an app for abroad, i use that as well.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering flowers. My order arrived 3 hours late, and to make matters even worse, the flowers were dry, unattractive, and in terrible condition.These flowers were supposed to be part of a special surprise gift, but your terrible service and late delivery completely ruined the surprise I had planned. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of your service and the condition of the flowers I received.I trusted your business to deliver something special, but you completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I will never order from you again, and I would not recommend your service to anyone. This experience was unacceptable, and I sincerely regret choosing your business.
