More than 20 years ago I moved her with a little experience, a little money but great dreams and ambitions… this country welcomed me, gave me a global successful career with biggest Fortune 500 companies , a wonderful family and most importantly an identity that I am proud of. I travel the world now and visit cities I was dreaming about them when I was a kid to do business with huge proud that I am representing UAE team , I am the one who is coming from the dream land UAE… people will always remember me as the Lucy man and I will always stay thankful to God , and grateful to the amazing people of the UAE and its great leadership. 😡Extremely poor experience and an unprofessional update

The new ADCB app is the worst user experience I have ever had. The app is full of bugs and glitches that make daily use impossible.To this day, I cannot make any money transfers, pay bills, or even change or modify basic options within the app. Most buttons and options are completely non-responsive; for example, I cannot select the "transfer reason" or change the card I want to pay bills from, not to mention a long list of other technical issues.It is completely unprofessional to discontinue the old app and force customers to switch to the new one without testing it thoroughly and ensuring it works efficiently. What happened has disrupted customers' interests and caused a major decline in service quality. I hope these disastrous issues are fixed immediately, or that the option to revert to the old app is provided until the bugs are resolved.

Lost access to old ADCB Application

There should have been a clear notification explaining that once I downloaded the new application, I would no longer have access to the old one, since this new app is still in its early stages, many important features are missing, for example, transaction history cannot be sorted or expanded/collapsed by month, and I cannot find the section for received payments or track incoming transactions the way I could in the old app..If the new application is still being developed, the old one should remain accessible for some time until user become familiar with the new versionAdditionally, the app seems heavily focused on AI features, which are already everywhere, banking applications should prioritize simple and efficient money transfers, account management, and card controls.. not everything is about AI
