1. How to collect points?
It is simple, just produce your card at the time of your purchase, the cashier will scan your card and complete the billing. The points will be credited to your card immediately. Please note that the points cannot be collected for Cigarettes and Telephone cards.
2. How many points do you collect for your purchase?
You will get 1 point for every AED 5 purchase.
3. How and when to get your vouchers? (Redemption of points)
- You can redeem your points to get the voucher on the basis of the above qualification criteria.
- Redemption of points for a voucher is possible at any time from the INAAM kiosk or the customer service Desk (CSD).
- Once you redeem your points for vouchers, equivalent points will be deducted from your total points available as of that date.
Today I randomly opened the app to check my points and the message popped up that my 2025 points will be expired in January and when I checked they didn’t update my any new points in my point score from so long. And even yesterday I shopped and they didn’t even showed me my e receipt. It’s better to shop from Friday center on weekends than to go to nesto. And nesto already knows that Friday and everyday centers already took the peoples trust and they raised their time till 1 am but it won’t work at all. Because Friday centers update their offers after 12 am but nesto ask you to come tomorrow to avail the offer even if you are in the nesto at 1 am.

had around 450 to 460 points in my account, which equals about 26 AED in value. Suddenly, without any prior warning or clear communication, my balance was slashed down to just 150 points (now worth only 9 AED). When I checked, they claimed it was due to "point expiry," which I have never encountered or been informed about before.Deducting hard-earned loyalty points overnight without a proper reminder or notice is very unfair to loyal customers. I am extremely disappointed with this sudden policy change and the loss of my credits. Not recommended if they treat customer rewards this way!

The inaam points is not accurate. I have earn 25 dhs voucher. And when I claim the cashier said not showing in her system. We called the manager / supervisor. And they can’t fix it as well. They said wait 1-2 days my husband always check if it’s ready. Nothing happen. The manager in running away from my husband. As they don’t want to talk to him anymore. It’s been a month. Why can’t you just tell my husband to forget this voucher. You let him come back come back. We can understand. This is in butina Nesto. Just wait until this lulu open all your customer will go to lulu.

Based on my experience, this app is a complete joke. I bought a fridge and a microwave within a week, expecting my points to increase, but nothing happened. On top of that, I spend at least 200 every time I shop, yet I still don’t see my points going up. They don’t even bother updating them. What’s the point of having a rewards program if customers never receive the rewards they earn? Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
