Bad Service

Dear All,

I warned everyone don't used this application to send money to your love ones specially that was intended for emergency. I send Money and it was deducted on my acc but when i try to ask why ,how to fix it it take 3 days even they have my money and called many times and no one concern about your issue😡😡😡They promises it will be fix it will be fix and in the end of the day nothing happens. Where you are in Emergency they don't care about your money the issue.

Again don't use this Apps if you love your love one they will wait for nothing and you will suffer stress and that is not pair.

Relationship manager

Service is Good. However no contact point available in case of emergency. Two times i had bad experience. I sent money from here in Dubai and traveled to trivandrum . However money did not credit and i had to struggle a lot to find a contact point to get it sorted out . It took more than two days to credit the money. So a relationship manager is really required.

No Urgency on the money sent

I raised a complian in regards to the expired transaction on their application They told me they already sent an email to follow-up the said transaction. However, my money still did not reach my account in my home country even it has already been deducted on my (UAE) bank account; its been more than 24 hours and they still cannot give me any proper update. Everytime I call, the customer service agent who answered my call do not even know about their pending issues and would give same lame reason that they told me before.

The IT support of their application clearly do not know how urgent the transaction is and does not care the whereabout of the money.
