At first there were some issues when u guys launched the new app. But now its working great and there are so many new features. Thanks for creating the statement option which is very useful. Overall a great app and instant credit. I wish you could give some discounts thou. High recommend

How much time will take for a transfer? The beneficiary is already added and I used to send money to the same beneficiary through branches, I’m using the app first time. Let me know please

Really bad service

I sent money on a beneficiary that I have always been sending and it was rejected they said because it was an invalid account. So when I tried to contact the customer service, he just keep on telling me to go to the nearest branch when he know can do something about it. It missed the whole point of online transaction. Then after telling him how disappointed I was, that's when he said he has raised an inquiry. His name is WILSON MATHEW.

I had the same issue previously and the customer service guy was really kind and able to assist me. He's name is ADITHI R.
