The inoperative App
The app doesn’t work. Since months it’s showing it’s under scheduled maintenance.
Lodged complaints but still same. Tried uninstalling and install many a time.

MY GIG FULL OF ERROR WEBSITE
Multiple times I have tried to submit a claim on this website and it seems like it doesn’t allow anyone to go through the next page.
Once you are logged in, all your information will be automatically stored however when you go to the next page where you will upload the documents, same error shows. It’s not allowing you to input the DATE OF BIRTH part!!!
At first I thought it was only because of my mobile, but then I tried to open it in my laptop, the same issue I am experiencing!!!
When it was previously owned by AXA, I do not have to go through this hassle and reimbursement stuff because I don’t even have to shed any amount of money before getting my treatment. Now I have to suffer all this!! Thanks to you GIG

Very irritating to set a pin every time one logs in.
Very irritating to keep having to click okay got it twice when logging in. Once I have selected I don’t want notifications why don’t you make it a default choice.
Every time I submit a claim why do I have to enter my phone number. Can’t you have it pre filled with an option to change it if needed?
Hope you improve the app, which spoils the experience of an otherwise reputed company.
