Date display issue

When I choose the dependent, I am unable to choose the DOB. It is not displaying.

- For the dependents, all the detais shoukd appear when we select the name. It means, selection of the name field should appear before and it should pick all other details instead of we enter manually.

Submit claim doesn’t work

The drop down for date doesn’t work at all, get this fixed please so that the app can actually be used to upload/submit a claim, if I can’t go forward from there, there’s pretty much no use of the app then.

The inoperative App

The app doesn’t work. Since months it’s showing it’s under scheduled maintenance.
Lodged complaints but still same. Tried uninstalling and install many a time.
Really disappointed
