To use the app, you will have to register for the bank’s online banking service, also called NBF Direct. Customers with NBF Direct online banking accounts can use their online user ID to login to the app.
If you do not have an online banking account with us, register for one on https://nbf.ae. Please have your NBF debit card on hand to complete the transaction.

We need this application to be globally the best bank you can change the design of the app also make face id to login moreover we need applepay !
Update
I have not seen an app especially a banking app, more terrible than this one. The security image always gives error and otp doesn't work. There is noway to recover password. The push notifications on smart phone never appear. If you are in dire need of making a transfer, switch your bank because this app is not working.
I wrote all the above and now the issues are fixed. Very good customer service
