Please hear me out here , Honestly living in the UAE as a citizen I don't have much great options when it comes to streaming services , I’ve been using OSN for over two months now and I've really enjoyed it , There's no lag or anything, BUT I’ve heard "Ahmed"A developer of yours (who's most likely to answer this) replaying to a costumer (the time I started using the app) , About a problem of having the play button on the left corner of the screen instead of the middle and not having a skip button , In my opinion I don't think that it should take more than 2 month to fix this issue .I’l try to tell you some issues and help you by telling you how it could benefit both sides if you fixed them in the right time.There's maybe two or three points that will make the app a-lot better in performance :--Making the next episode pop up the next time TvShow Lovers open up the app.-Having a download section (Maybe this one will take time) But please consider it , plus you will have time due to the pandemicPeople don't often use it but when it finishes i think it will be a huge success for the app!-Making at least 2 users like other streaming services,To be honest , I think most subscribers come if they are able to share there account legally , by that i mean in the right way , That'll make it easier for both sides! Again in my personal opinion i think that i could compare OSN to very big streaming services if they'd solved these issues Time is the biggest issue here Really , Because i can excuse the developers if they were taking time making a huge update like making a download section or adding users but what annoys everyone is that you guys are not fixing anything .No really , most updates were about fixing un-noticeable bugs or making very minor changes in the app! Sorry for making this a long one , But I thought about how great this app could be if developers read this.

Originally bought the app for the ICC World Cup coverage and this has been flawless in all honesty.The TV shows it features are impressive however the user experience is hugely disappointing. The reasons are listed below;1) episodes are random not sequential2) every episode which is played has to be reset and re-started due to streaming/ buffering issues3) some episodes need to be rebooted several times before they work4) if you stop watching an episode and return to that episode the following day there is no bookmark on the saved position so you have to repeat all the above steps which is incredibly irritating5) when you finish an episode it doesnt automatically sequentially choose the next episode - therefore you have to refer to imdb - check the episode and then repeat the above, reset, reboot to watch that episode.6) due to the fact that the episodes are listed randomly you are constantly having to double check and reboot/ restart every episode7) you have to watch every intro to every episode you cannot skip it8) if you try to fast forward the intro on every episode and miss it you have to start it again amd reboot/ restart the episode.As soon as the ICC world cup is finished there is no option but to return to Netflix - the reason, it doesnt make me want to destroy everything within reach due to unprecedented levels of frustration. Remember doing the tracking on your VHS player? Imagine if it didn’t ever improve... welcome to WAVO.Good luck!

The content is great, there is no denying that; but in an era were high tech and delivering the movie theatre experience to your home, this app is basic;No support for new Audio formats like surround sound and most importantly Dolby Atmos, many of the shows on there support Dolby Audio originally on other apps ( Disney+, HBO MAX, PARAMOUNT+, etc) with Dolby Atmos or dolby surround; this app lacks either, I have a great sound system with my tv I would like to enjoy it. Please add support for more video and audio formats and mention them in the info of your content like other sevicesThe navigation buttons on IOS, are not compatible with airpods, so if you pause the video, music starts automatically???!!!, and on the tv app I cannot pause the video or navigate it from my sony remote play/pause button, I have to click OK, then go down to pause button on the app and click there too which is a minor inconvenience but nonetheless i wish it was more straightforward and compatible with tv remote buttons.When a service has so many 18+ titles, there should be a pin to enter for child safety, so children cannot access the 15+ content, i can’t seem to find parental control.Buffering is sometimes an issue, especially when the movie starts at low resolution and takes a while to turn to HD.

Two main features that are lacking and are must to have pleasant experience: Episodes are not in sequential order and you don’t know if you will watch 1st episode or last episode first. Second, you can’t start from where you left watching once app is closed. And last but not least, sometimes you find completely different content then what you see on cover page of episode. These features are mandatory to start any such subscription and it is not something WAVO has invented for the first time that updates will come later on. Obviously, guys should know what competition is offering and come out with improved features rather than taking us past few years back, and that too in when you are operating and offering a technology service. That’s shows depth of technical understanding of guys working for WAVO.
