Can only request this service through the TXAI app, which is full of bugs;You book an appointment, you go there and wait and a few minutes before the set time you’ll get a cancellation message.There is no phone number in the app and the email shown is never responding (no-one reads it).Pity, it appears there is no longer interest to make this whole thing working…

These autonomous taxis are everywhere on Yas & Saadiyat. You need to order the taxi through the app. You request an OTP and wait…and wait…and wait. I requested an OTP 4 days ago…Still waiting. I can see people had the same problem a year ago and yet the developers of this app have just ignored the problem. I guess they get paid regardless of whether their app is functional.Cha-ching. Customer service 2026 - “we genuinely don’t care about the product we provide but give us your money fool”.
