Why I chose Virgin after being almost 5 years on Etisalat? Cos you don’t need to sign any contracts to get a plan you want at reasonable price (cheaper than Du or Etisalat), you re free to cancel any time with no fees!
The app itself is super convenient. There you can build ur new number or transfer ur existing one from Du & Etisalat, choose a plan which suits ur needs, pay for month, 6 months or even a year ahead (with a super discount). Once u re done, SIM card will be delivered to u within an hr at any places in Dubai.
Can u imagine guys without living an office I’ve got new SIM card delivered to me within 10 minutes!!! Courier quickly registered me in the system (your EID is required) and in less than 30 min (registration on the app+delivery) I’ve got a new number!
This turned me out into a Virgin mobile fan!

Just got a line for my son and I’m so in love with the quality - rates compared to du and etisalat - the app is wow , no other operator have something like it you manage everything from your place , paying manager your plan ....lots of things, and I was stunned when I decided to transfer my du line on Thursday at night with just a clink ! You get a temp number to get you going till the transfer is complete your new sim was delivered home in like 30 mins at 10 at night !!!!! And on sun morning my number was transferred and working !!!!! Wow ! This in other provider needs a visit to store - wait in line and wait for 3 -5 days with out a line !!!! While I do it sitting on my couch at home and my line was never down although requested in in the weekend / the app is so simple easy to use- well done , im addicted to vergin - Thank you
I m using virgin last 1 year. But since last three months the network disappearing automatically sometimes. I already shared with their customer charting portal but nothing happening. Simply they are closing the ticket in midnight without resolving. There is no direct contact to approach directly. In a message chat if we share the request they are responding after a quite longtime or in night directly closing the ticket. Price wisely it’s good but now in maximum time my mobile is going not reachable for others and I am getting the missed call message. After reseting the network also the same happening. I hope the team can resolve the issue asap.
