Worst customer care service
Du customer care is the worst service ever. They do promise to resolve the issue which builds up by their own glitches in the system. And in the end they are not able to solve the issue.
I was having an issue so called glitch in their system. I’m even paying my bills on time but yet i have been suspended to make calls.
Following up the complaints with du customer care service from 7th of April. I did dozens of complaints and every-time been promised by the agent to solve the issue in 24 to 48 hours. But the next funny thing is. They call me back just to say that they can’t solve the issue even created by their own system. So proudly accept their mistakes and guiding me for another complaint.
I agree they have the very good packages in the decent price. But what do I do to that when I’m not able to make a call.
And they are really slow to solve the issue. Like I’m following up from 7th of April till today which is 27th of April.
In this case. I don’t recommend du to anyone. Better pay a bit more but At least you get what you pay for. Unless du. My call is suspended even my bill cycle is good. Never delays. And when the next month will be started they will send another bill to pay. I don’t know how they thieving customers even in the holly month of Ramadan. May Allah Guide them. AMEEN.

New Plan Holder, not satisfied
I am unable to sign to my account and have tried many times to reset password. Everytime I do, I will receive a message via sms and email stating that the password has been changed. Then when I tried to use the new password; I wont be able to login and will get an error stating incorrect password. Been doing and trying for the past 2-3 weeks, exchanging emails to customer servicing asking help from them, it is not resolve at the moment. I got my plan activated January 15; and tried to start reseting the password/ account on January 16. The agents instructed me to reset, uninstall and re install, update the software, etc. So disappointing! I did these all many times before I decided to contact the customer service, i dont understand why they dont get my point. I told them to call me so they can guide me over the phone.
Updated - No luck and I dont want to wait as we’re just exchanging emails and feels my time is wasted. I decided to visit the Kiosk to seek assistance, they informed the same! Still same error, they saw it from their own eyes that the du app is really not working! So then the agent decided to use his phone and try , same error. Then finally he suggested to try the uae pass- it works. But still disappointed! Because how many times will I need to convince them to help me. I regret opening a plan.

WORLD’s WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DU
I got home wireless 5G plan along with a router. Before purchasing I clearly asked them whether it supports and have proper signal in our area as it was remote area. They confirmed it will be there for sure. But after purchasing realized it has worst connection. Then immediately returned the router and applied for a cancellation within 3 days of purchase. My cancellation was accepted. But I got a bill by the end of month. I made a compliant. They told that they will resolve within a week. But many weeks passed I was doing a continuous follow up and the customer service tell same story. Shockingly I got the next month bill also. I didn’t even used the connection for even 2 to 3 days but got billed for 2 months. On top of that the collection department was continuously calling me and asking to pay the outstanding bill. They have no details about my connection was cancelled immediately after purchase. They just say we are from collection department and asking me to get in touch with customer care. Pathetic coordination between their teams. After weeks I got a message that my account is suspended. Not the worst case is that my account got suspended by them but still I got the bill for third month. World’s worst telecom provider and their customer service.
