App goes crazy
I have two accounts linked in the app. Great because I can see my two accounts in one app. What’s not great is that I was logged out in the app and I logged in again but my primary account only shows the account number and I can change the photo but nothing else is there. I cannot even see the usage or my contract. My linked account which is a personal post paid is going to expire tomorrow and I cannot renew it because that option is gone in the app when I saw it yesterday which made me happy but now I am disappointed.
I started hating usage of DU network, iam using postpaid sim from past 6months, My bill will be generate on 17th of every month amount is displayed in app but the bill is not generated yet and it mentioned that 24- 48 hours it will come but till now it did not came and also day by day my unbilled charges are increasing and I don’t know why I tried to call customer care but unable to reach them, I met some du executives and asked them why this unbilled charges increasing day by day and they said that after bill get generated then only we can check and let me know and billing is not generating and day by day my unbilled charges are increasing and I don’t know the reason for that Du pathetic service and I don’t want to use DU sim, I advice everyone not to use DU sim, Instead of Du we can use Etisalat
Scam by Du
Everything is pathetic about Du. From service to packages. They subscribed me to some prize mania for which my charges in the bill is extra every month than what was promised. On wanting to enquire and adjust the extra charges they are not at all helpful.
They sent an ‘official’ email stating they would adjust the charges in the next billing cycle but they seem to have no value for their email and on the next billing cycle added more charges and refused to Adjust it stating the official communication was a mistake.
It’s not at all expected of a big telecom company, its only big in size but really cheap on the inside.
