Worst customer care service

Du customer care is the worst service ever. They do promise to resolve the issue which builds up by their own glitches in the system. And in the end they are not able to solve the issue.

I was having an issue so called glitch in their system. I’m even paying my bills on time but yet i have been suspended to make calls.

Following up the complaints with du customer care service from 7th of April. I did dozens of complaints and every-time been promised by the agent to solve the issue in 24 to 48 hours. But the next funny thing is. They call me back just to say that they can’t solve the issue even created by their own system. So proudly accept their mistakes and guiding me for another complaint.

I agree they have the very good packages in the decent price. But what do I do to that when I’m not able to make a call.

And they are really slow to solve the issue. Like I’m following up from 7th of April till today which is 27th of April.

In this case. I don’t recommend du to anyone. Better pay a bit more but At least you get what you pay for. Unless du. My call is suspended even my bill cycle is good. Never delays. And when the next month will be started they will send another bill to pay. I don’t know how they thieving customers even in the holly month of Ramadan. May Allah Guide them. AMEEN.

Horrible experience

Poor customer service been following for over 3 months for a data service cancellation and third party which i never subscribed for, and whenever i ask th customer service why arent they cancelling it and what are those services for they dont know, i keep getting irrelevant charges and call monthly to deduct the amounts!!! The most disappointing part that i have ben complaining since 5 months and whenever i call to follow up on my complain they tell me i dont have a complain, seriously fooling the customers!!!! Im calling at least 2-3 times a month and each representative is not helping eventually i got some caller tunes charges which i never subscribed for in my life and one representative said it will be deducted, i just got my bill today and it wasnt when i calld them back they said they cant deduct it, reallllly the worst ever im literally running after them just to get my correct bill !!!! And one of the customer care representative told me we cant cancel it, and when i told him the last representative said it will be cancelled he told me do you have a message or a proof ? Seriously ??? Im really suffering with them you dont feel like a valuable customer instead you feel that you are begging and running after them just to give you your actual bill!!!!

5g don’t get it

I have created A TDRA escalation against you since i am raising technical and billing requests . Since 14th of august no follow up from your side i have called you many times and since you have one of the worst customer service ever all you do is write lies on my account. Saying am not home and that I refused to do the troubleshooting even though i stated clearly am home and waiting for the call . You offer me upgrade and a discount and you don’t honor it or added if on the system and u charge me for 2 services. And then u close the request with calling me or confirming with me . Then i call back and ask what happened your customer service says we don’t know we will raise another request and i have to wait again 5 days . I am going to post this every where to let people know how terrible your customer service is . And you don’t respect your customers or their time . Your staff write whatever they want on the system even though it is pure lies . I have no idea how this a company in UAE . All you do is raise requests without any solutions. I should’ve not come back to DU as a customer as i am familiar with how terrible your services is and i have complained before but this time am not gonna let it go i am going to raise a fraud and solicitation case against you .
