At first everithing was good!
Now it’s awful. Issues with connection all the time.. im very upset if you dont fix it i will just erase it.
Don’t know nothing about getting overloaded because of the raffle... but the online wallet that has to be the one instead of real wallet can’t just be overloaded for 2 days. Make fixes, be sure to fix all bugs then make big comerciales about replacing wallets) thanks tor the answer though. Will make it 4 out of 5 just because you answered

Hello. Thank you for your Review. The system was overloaded due to too many users accessing the wallet at the same time during car raffle. Now the problem is solved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Very disappointed, they don’t care about their customers
I was a long term user of this app. I did all my online payments through the app, until one day I noticed that the payment I made for credit was not actually made and was transferred to another payment. Like the system decided itself that it wants to pay for a different thing, however showed me the receipt of the payment I made.
I did not know that the money were not transferred, until I got a call from my bank. Besides making the payment the system, obviously charged its commission fee(for the payment I DID NOT MAKE).
The thing that upset me the most was the customer service: THEY DO NOT CARE! Firstly, the Support did not reply for hours, later when I contacted them via Facebook post, they finally replied. Secondly, the support told me that I AM WRONG. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the system to make a payment itself. Third, they checked it for 24 hours and found out that IT IS POSSIBLE. Fourth, no solution, no apologies, no regrets...just told me the technical specs of the issue....
Customers are not protected from unlawful actions of the services like this! Very disappointed! I will be using IDram starting from today! At least they reply to my inquiries and help me out. I am sure this service won’t survive the competition!
This is unbearable
Every time I want to use this wallet for something, it’s always gives an error or loading things. It’s awful, that you don’t fix these type of issues, so the people could use it in a normal way. I’m very disappointed.
