I keep trying to join the app with invitations from my sister whose kids have the watch, and in no way does it do what it says it will do if she adds me or if I add her. The website directions and the email I received are both incorrect. I also asked customer service about watch-to-watch functionality and they couldn’t have been less helpful. I don’t think I’m going to buy my daughter one.
Frustrating and false sense of security

We have not had a positive experience at all with this app and the SPACETALK watch. These products are unreliable and I would not purchase again. I’ve had to return the watch because it overheated to where my daughter had to remove it from her wrist and the data connection would constantly drop out making it stressful when I tried reaching her at after school events. The malfunction was supposedly caused by sweat getting into the SIM, and the repaired watch (only 6 months old) was returned without a SIM. Delivery of new SIM took several days, and now I’m having issues installing it. I keep getting locked out of the app with a message that my subscription has expired... again. I now need to wait for the office hours to get support - good start to the day. Another week that we can’t rely on using this watch. Should have bought an Apple Watch - might be more expensive, but at least I know I can rely on it! Don’t waste your time on SPACETALK or AllMyTribe - not worth it.

It is not clearly stated that when you buy a watch you also need to pay for an expensive app subscription to be able to use basic functionality. It is always mentioned in subtext. I am definitely not happy.
Lost ability to login the app.

I’ve loved this app and have been using it with my daughter’s watch for the past 3 years without any issues. Unfortunately, after the recent update I can no longer log in. The login process requires a verification code sent to a phone number, but the Philippines isn’t listed as a country option in the app, so I have no way to receive the code. Even when I try to log in using email, the app still requires a phone number to continue. I hope the developers can fix this soon — it seems like a simple issue of adding my country to the list. I’d really like to keep using the app.
