The LemFi Instant Access Savings Account currently pays a boosted 5% AER for the first six months from account opening; it then reverts to 3.04% AER (tracker), tracking the Bank of England base rate.

I needed to send funds back home to Nigeria, but wasn’t sure how best to go about it since I hadn’t done a transfer like this in many years. Back then I had to go in person to a Western Union branch, fill out a bunch of paperwork, pay a fee, then wait days for the money to get there with my fingers crossed.A friend told me about this app and I’m genuinely impressed at how smooth the process was and how secure it all seemed. I was able to add multiple cards to the account, add funds seamlessly, and then within a few minutes the money was transferred across the globe! All with no additional transaction fees. I highly recommend using this if you ever need to send money to family, friends, associates, etc. internationally. Wonderful experience!
Unable to Add New Debit Cards or use Apple Pay due to unreasonable restrictions

My only issue with yall is that you won’t let me add a new card to my account that wasn’t previously added which isn’t practical in the sense that I may not have access to those cards anymore or the card got canceled. So does that mean if I don’t have those cards, I won’t be able to use LemFi anymore ? I reached out to your support team and they were not helpful. They kept telling me what I already know and how to add my card, not listening to my concerns. My Apple Pay also went away when I reset my iPhone but your support team kept telling me it can’t be used on another device. I literally still have the same phone, the same device, like all of these restrictions are not practical in any sense and you guys need to fix that. I’ll be looking for another app to use to send money that is more flexible, cause what if I get a new phone ? I can’t use Apple Pay anymore because I got a new phone and I’m using LemFi on it. It’s annoying

App card limit and adding of bank account

reached out to your customer service and I told them I don’t have the card I used to have cuz I had to change my card now I can’t add my new card to lemfi I called the customer care representative to knw why and the lady I spoke to told me I’m only limited to having 4 cards in my account But I don’t have those card anymore on my account she said the system can only register 4cards but I don’t have those card anymore can’t something be done to maybe correct the system or raise an alert to the IT department to be able to increase the amount of card you can have on your lemfi cuz I haven’t been able to send money cuz of this and you don’t have the option to link bank account so you’ll be able to just send directly from your bank to lemfi so pls I would need a feed back
Hidden Charge in USA, Scam

There is a hidden charge that will not reflect when you make a transfer from your debit card to your lemonade wallet, your bank will charge you 3% as an international fee, this appears days after the transfer on your bank charges, Lemonade finance appears on my bank statement as restaurant, it’s not recognize in the US as a financial institution, they are known as Restaurants. Don’t be deceived by their rate you will pay more than what you transfer bcos of the hidden charge. It looks scam to me. Though your transfer will go through successfully but one day you might lose your money, they look suspicious , be careful don’t fall for it.
