My Dr used to have a CureMD patient portal and was migrated to this useless app, which appears to be a beta version that shouldn't have been released yet. Half of the historical information has a date listed with no year, so it's impossible to tell when it was added to your file. Labs are listed as individual test results that aren't organized in any way. You can't tell which test was part of which set of labs. The actual full PDF results are supposedly uploaded here, but there's no way to view them. Customer service told me that "they are planning to implement this feature in the future"?? Being able to access medical records is a basic function of a patient portal. Years of labs, that I used to have access to on the CureMD portal, are missing. There's no way to get a full picture of your medical history or view the data in any meaningful way. No way to export your data either, as this is also "being implemented in the future." Customer service asked for screenshots of the issues I'm having in the app, but the send photo function in the chat, surprise surprise, doesn't work either.

Meanwhile, you can continue using the older portal for uninterrupted access to your data.Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance the app’s usability and ensure it meets your expectations. I enjoy leap, the ease of making appointments but I wish there was a way to reach her by leaving a note somewhere. I finally resulted in schedule a video visit today so I could ask for a refill. If someone could show me there was another way I’d be glad to do that and not waste a video visit on this problem.

Some practices choose to allow messages to go directly to the physician, while others route them through their care team - but in either case, your messages are received and responded to without the need for a visit.Additionally, prescription refills can be requested right from the “My Health” → “Medications” section of the app. When you submit a refill request, your physician receives it instantly in their queue. I enjoy leap, the ease of making appointments but I wish there was a way to reach her by leaving a note somewhere. I finally resulted in schedule a video visit today so I could ask for a refill.
