My daughter and her grandmother made an online order the afternoon of Thanksgiving during the early Black Friday sale. It wasFor my daughters early Christmas present she’s of course a young teen hence this was so special & Hugely important! It was suppose to be waiting at home the day she flew home from Spending holiday with grandparents. She used my email so we were able to track it, i watched it for 4 days on pass the date for which it said it was supposed to be arriving. We finally called and asked why all the sudden without a phone call or an email as to why are order was canceled. After being on the phone for (no exaggeration here) 45 minutes the lady had absolutely No explanation as to why this happened. Don’t forget the payment had already came out of the bank too, so at this point I’m upset for several reasons most importantly this was a Big Deal for my daughter. It was really before Black Friday even started so the problem with maybe being out of items doesn’t apply, as well as the order day by day said processed, being shipped out, all the way to being shipped, to arriving , then to delayed, delayed, & then cancelled. At this point 6 out of the 11 items were all out as to my Teen the awesome limited free tote and blanket she was so excited about getting! After all that was said and done it was past the point of repairing hence the items were gone as well as they didn’t have anything they could send as to the free limited items, and, To make it worse if We re-Ordered and tried to piece it back together I still had to actually PAY.... Even though the previous order was already taken out of her grandmothers account! I’ve never been so Appalled over Crappy Customer Care, even worse coming from a company Like Victoria Secret!

Tried at least 10-20x to checkout, the only way payment worked was by entering my card manually. Paypal and apple pay BOTH DON’T WORK. Also support phone & chat continuously hung up/ended the chat for me, multiple times. Don’t say you offer 24/7 support, and then don’t allow proper contact. I hope I never have to use this app again. Apple pay - the app tried to use my giftcard and still charge me the full amount even though it said giftcard applied (tried to steal $50 extra than it should’ve), while Paypal kept changing my order total and addresses and sent me in circles over and over. Literally terrible, and super stressful. I just wanted to easily buy some underwear!!! The lack of support during one of the biggest online retail days of the entire year is really not cool. During the already stressful holidays, this is not the experience you want. Its also nearly impossible to review your cart because if you scroll just a little too far in either direction (up or down) it refreshes and displays your items in a whole new order. That logic is wack. I’m on an iphone 12pro that is fully up to date, if your developers care. My app is fully up to date too. It’s very easy to reproduce. I also tried all of this both signed out of pink nation AND signed in. I rarely write reviews, but your app stressed me out so bad, I had to. I hope you see this and I hope you care enough to fix it.

If I could give a half a star I would I ordered two packages from pink and the first package got her early which was awesome but am pretty sure that just the delivery company, but anyways I ordered a package on DECEMBER 12 and I had yet to get an update on the package AND it said it would arrive the 18 of December so I was like okay perfect, fast forward I kept checking to see if there was an update on my package and guess what their was none UNTIL the 16th of December I get an email that said your package has been shipped and I go yay my package is going to get her on time NOPE I was wrong I kept checking and checking and I see that the delivery company HASENT EVEN GOTTEN THE PACKAGE YET its December 17th and the package is supposed to get here tomorrow but it says the 22 but the company has yet to receive my PACKAGE and I check when it’s the last day to get Christmas delivery or something and it says that it’s a 3 BUSINESS DAY WAIT I have been waiting for a week now it’s about to be two weeks and I have yet to be able to track my package and see it on the way to my house but people who bought Christmas delivery get their stuff first as if I didn’t order it many days prior and the excuse is “ it’s the weather so packages my be delayed ” my package has been delayed for several days now and they didn’t even bother to tell me til the 14th of December.

The same thing happened to me I was Christmas shopping and I was putting everything in my cart and when I go to check out, they say there was no more bags left, and then I had three night shirts that were taken out of my basket as well. So the next day I called them and told them what happened and they told me they couldn’t help me. But right after the weekend they had more bags in but they were different. I didn’t care but I was buying these as gifts and I put them in the bags. So the next time I ordered, What I needed put the bag and checked out and then went back and finish shopping. But yes they need to give you a grace period of 1520 minutes that’s just ridiculous if you’re shopping in the store and you have it in your basket they’re not gonna come and take it out of your basket in the store. There must be a way for them to see that you’re still shopping but they’re taking it out of your basket that’s crazy.
