Used this for a number of months and it’s been very useful. Then there was an update which stopped all communication, but they’ve fixed this issue and it’s working well now. Useful paid app that has helped with a number of cars and issues.

I ordered this item and when I got it I hooked it up and I can’t do a darn thing with it unless I purchase another thing for it I thought when I ordered it is all I have to do is hook it up and that’s it but that is not the case so I am telling you I do not like it and I want to return it but they will not take back it back because they don’t offer a return for this if you buy this just remember you won’t be able to return it don’t ask me why if you purchase a item you should be able to return it if your not happy with it so I guess you could say that I’m stuck with it now

Wow. I completely forgot I tried upgrading to premium several years ago, and it failed to even recognize my upgrade. I had been using it with a basic paid subscription. Today, I needed to monitor more PIDs and get a log file, so once again I fell into the upgrade trap. The app simply doesn’t work as advertised. Select more than 4 monitors and the graphs freeze. Some monitors are on the list but can’t be selected - with no explanation. Once again now years after my first attempt, I have to ask Apple for a refund.

I changed phones and was asked to pay for the functionality I already had. Once the developer found out they told me how to get functionality back. Great customer service. I use the app often and I’m glad I got it.

Hello,To restore the Basic / Premium version of EOBD-Facile App go in the "Help" menu, then "Unlock Basic/Plus Edition".Tap on "restore" button at the top left of the purchase screen, you will not be charged and the Basic Edition access will be activated.We made a video available on our Youtube channel to help you : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnznnikdjsQThe restoration of the Basic / Plus Edition of EOBD-Facile is only possible between same brand's OS (iPhone to iPhone or Android to Android).
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
