It’s a jc penney fans must have. There are exclusive coupons and much more content then in the store. Ship to store is free and fast. I work at one of the stores with numerous online orders I’ve placed shipped there correctly every time. The app is categorized for easy use. I see all these negative reviews and complaints that are completely irrelevant to a review of the actual app and choose to tell us all about their orders messed up and customer service issues and give the app a less than stellar review. This app is really good. It works fast, large inventory of products for sale, is easy to navigate and safely stores your info for simple quick ordering. It gives you the best coupon to save the most money when you checkout and also keeps up with rewards account. The app does everything you need it to. There is a review of the actual app. To those who complain about bad order experience...I have seen few actual order errors and I see usually 10pickups myself a day and rarely ever an error. Then most of those times it’s actually customer error that we then fix but can’t tell you it’s your fault while you grip at we smile and resolve it. Customer service requires excellence in satisfaction and assuming blame so they keep coming back. So they accidentally charged you for too many? Highly likely you hit the wrong number and did not pay attention. The J.C. Penney app is a success in my area and positive experiences as our repeat orders are growing.

You’re website app is so maddening! I have to get off before I experience a total meltdown! It is so user-unfriendly. Why have filters if they just disappear in front of my eyes. I am surprised that this store is still in business! It is the most irritating app I have ever experienced. Someone better fix it fast. But, I doubt that with happen since I have had it forever and it’s the same old b@&$#%*t!!!!! I only get on your website when I have nerves of steel. I am to the point of deleting it all together. Can it really be that hard to fix? And don’t even get me started on shopping in store. Just a few things I will mention. We spend a ton of money at JC Penny and one time I took something back to exchange and the Berka wearing and other employee talked about me right in front of me. I wouldn’t say that if I wasn’t 100% sure. I told them that if they had something to say about me they could say it to my face and not whisper. Like I couldn’t hear them anyways. They both turned red. How dare them!!!!!! And when I shop I try to go when it is the least busy (like during OSU games), and your employee’s can’t be bothered. They can be seen talking to each other or just standing there but cannot offer to help me find an item. They have even yelled clear across the floor instead of coming over to help me. I felt embarrassed for me and them. If I ever did that at any of my jobs as a professional, I probably would have been fired on the spot. I have always worn JCPenney cloths. My Mom bought them for us when we were little and I continued when I was spending my own money. You can’t do better for kids cloths. True Story: I bought my daughters Penney’s cloths. I gave some to my sisters friend, after both my girls had wore them. Years latter my friends daughter had a baby girl. My neighbor said “ I have the cuties little girls cloths I have been saving that I got from my sister.” “They are old but I kept hoping I would have a girl.” I have loaded them out but asked that they be returned in the same condition. I was sure the cloths would be a help to my friends daughter. The cloths I received were my oldest daughters baby cloths! I couldn’t believe it! They were worn to be sure but still in fine shape to be handed down again. I know those few outfits had been warm by no less 6 baby girls. I am now 72 and not only worked at Penney’s for a few years I still buy everything I can there. All of my sheets blankets bed spreads towels and kitchen towels are Penney’s. I also shop there for myself all 7 of my Grandkids and I buy a lot of gifts there also. Everyone who values their money should shop there for not only the price but the high quality of merchandise. Lost my rewards

This week I spent a lot of money shopping at JCPenny women’s clothing. I wanted to us a coupon that was on line and the cashier was not able to apply my coupon and insisted it was no good. However she did apply my rewards. I was about to leave the store but decided to go to customer service to see if that cashier could help me. She said the coupon I was showing the cashier earlier during my purchase was indeed good and working on my app. So she refunded everything I purchased and rang up my items (fresh start) applied my 30percent coupon and then tells me that I lost my rewards and that she COULD NOT give them back to me. This was a major INCONVENIENCE to me, I am very disappointed to lose my rewards and have to go through the trouble of having yo be rung up twice, waiting in line twice. She said I lost my rewards and would not get them back. All other stores reissue your rewards if there’s a return. Why is JC Penny making it so difficult for the customer? Another thing they need to work on is cleaning the few fitting rooms they have open, because many have been shut off (out of order) The doors are very dirty, like 25 years of grime that a bottle of windex and paper towels could easily clean up. Its really gross and the wall papers are falling apart. It’s time to update and make it more desirable to want to try things on. JC Penny has made a great change in the quality of clothes and household items, I am very pleased with the products but PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FITTING ROOMS AND BATHROOMS!!! Too many years of not keeping up, time to freshen up so I can give you 5 stars instead of 3 stars. Thank you!
