I’ll give this 4 stars because the app usually works great. Checking balances & transaction history, moving $, depositing checks. Weeks ago I had problem where didn’t seem to fully scan a check for deposit, error msg, tried many times, then saw trx history days later where posted to acct many times & was reversed appropriately (for 1 valid deposit). More importantly over past weeks I was unable to get app to load, said ‘can’t connect to server,’ but deleting and reinstalling app worked a few times. It let me log in today so hopefully will from here forward.

I tried transferring money from my Keypoint account to another bank through their app, and it was a total disaster. The transfers failed because of some problem on their side, but I didn’t even know until one of their reps called me out of the blue with this super cold attitude. All they said was, “Hey, your transaction didn’t go through, just try it again.” When I asked what happened, they brushed me off like, “We don’t know, but here’s a number for the back office if you want to dig into it.”Come on, that’s ridiculous! Why do I, as the customer, have to call some other department to figure out their mess? The rep couldn’t be bothered to check anything basic, and it left me totally annoyed and clueless. Worst part is, the app didn’t send any notifications or warnings about the failure. I only found out from that random phone call. What if I was paying bills or making a big purchase? These things could just flop without a heads up, and that’s scary.Keypoint’s app is glitchy, their customer service doesn’t care, and the whole thing feels sloppy. Save yourself the headache and go with a different bank. I’ve already jumped ship. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Banking with KeyPoint mobile is as easy as can be. The user interface is clear and simple, and the additional features like transferring money between accounts are incredibly user friendly and updated instantly. Thumbprint recognition enhances security to the next level. 5 stars, KeyPoint. Thanks for it!!

I am so sad that the new update has rolled out. It seems to have regressed to very early versions of the app, except it’s even worse. It looks like like mobile version, unfortunately, which is very bare bones and not nice to look at. The app even runs slower than previous versions in my experience. I do not like it. Would not recommend updating or downloading at all. I’ve been a member for a while now and this is definitely the worst iteration so far. The previous version was much better. They were going for parity between the mobile and app platforms but that’s a mistake, people can just use the mobile page since it’s the same as the app and wastes less space. There’s no discernible difference. I will definitely be on the app less now it is not pleasing to use.
