The issue with the app for me is that I used google to log in. But I am unable to use google to sign in the app. I can only use it in the web browser so that has to be fixed.

This app is actually garbage and I hope my product I just purchased doesn’t have any of the features this app provides I can’t make a profile to track my purchase or even see my shipping info!! Everytime I try to create my account the app stops working when I get to the verification process and I’m very disappointed hopefully this can be fixed

one of the key processes for users is for them to check warranty status and register products via the app, but neither feature works so screw Lenovo's app. The laptops that Lenovo sells are great, but the only way to handle warranty or product registration is via call centers... By the way the call centers are still very effective so just rely on them and not this app. I hope to see this app get updated in the future, but i doubt it.

Beware!! Lenovo has HUGE - months and months shipping delays! Do not believe their descriptions that say products will be delivered in 4-9 days, it is an outright lie!! What they don’t tell you is that is the delivery time oF 4-9 days is ONLY AFTER the shipping company has it. Lenovo itself is not able to deliver any products literally for months after you place your order.
