Long wait time for app to open
I read the above review about the white screen. I had the same experience but I waited and waited and waited. It took a long time just in a blank white screen mode (about one minute) before the log in screen comes up. After that it is smooth sailing. Glad to have an app right at your finger tips.
Being able to make a payment, having ID cards that you can print/text/email, seeing your coverage Dec pages, checking your claim status, your payment history and future payments are all wonderful! Only thing better would be able to submit a claim with photos thru the app. Please offer that. Also having a live chat option while in the app.

Needs a LOT of work
This app is basic and great for fetching information quickly, but it doesn’t adhere to many iOS design standards. Password managers (like LastPass) don’t work. I have a balance but can’t do anything through the app. Back buttons should always allow you to tap on their corresponding text, but they don’t. Billing documents only shows “feature not available.”
For this little amount of functionality, I’d rather it just give me the option to add cards to Wallet. Which is something that it really should offer.
