So far, the process has been easy. The app works great, no problem uploading documents., the contact number was to a live agent and not a 20 prompt phone tree. I didn’t know what agency I had rented from, but the app said to check 60 hours before pick up. Last night I got the alert, I checked the app and I have Budget rental car. I’ll pick up car tomorrow, so far, I’m liking it all :-)

A bit scary with update

I’ve been asked to give a review of the early part of the process, before I’ve picked up my car. The app worked fine and led me through the steps easily. I didn’t give it 5stars because I was really creeped out having to provide photos of myself and my license to a company I’d never heard of before. I saw that it was used a lot in Europe, so I proceeded with my rental. Whether it’s there when I arrive, and they know who I am, remains to be seen.Turns out, everything went fine. The rental was with Budget, so all I had to do was make my way to that desk and the car was waiting. It was a perfectly fine rental and I would use Movly again if it was available.

Because the prices through all the other car rental agencies were very high, I decided to give Movly a try. Well I have to say their operation went very smoothly. Easy to download the apps and navigate to where I wanted to go and make my reservation. Everything was smooth and went according to the plan. The question that remains is, would I rent from them again? Absolutely.

Easy and cheaper than most options!

The experience with Movly was great. The price was extremely competitive, cheaper than all other offers I could find for that particular week. Pickup was exactly like one of the bigger rental companies, but without waiting in the huge lines. I will definitely use Movly again, thanks!
