Mother’s Day sale
My husband and I shopped at JCP today for the Mother’s Day sale I saw advertised on t.v. We had over $200 in our cart and I asked for the candy coupon as advertised on t.v. that would give a coupon in the wrapper of a candy bar, but was told by a lady at the front register that they had ran out of coupons already and didn’t have any more available. 😞 So, we went on shopping in jewelry and was helped by the nicest lady named Kim. Kim helped me pick out jewelry for my outfit, scanned a coupon for the earrings I bought making them half price and then found a candy coupon for me to save 30% off my total clothes purchase! Kim was awesome! She saved us almost $70 on clothes and $30 on jewelry tonight! Kim was so nice and helpful and I really appreciated her kindness and great customer service. Thank you Kim for helping us. You’re the best! We really enjoyed meeting you and appreciate all you did to help us.😊👍❤️
Issue after issue
Placed order and used a reward that it showed was available. Then get email to call CS. Turns out reward was not valid. They said to process order I had to pay more. Went ahead and paid more and asked for them to cancel the initial order so i would not have double order. They said first order was not processed bc of coupon issue but I told them it showed in my statement but they guaranteed me it would disappear in 1-2 business days. Checked order status a few days later and noticed that the initial order was still reflecting on my account as well as the duplicate order. I also noticed the second order was shipped to a different state not the same as my initial order. Called CS and representative said she would cancel first order and correct the address to have it shipped to same address I initially had chosen. Later that day I had a bad feeling and went online again to check order status and still showed both orders and wrong address. Called again and turns out they had not cancelled order and they actually could not change shipping address that I would have to place a third order to get it shipped to my location. So third order in.... fingers crossed that they finally got everything correct. Will follow up after the weekend to see if any luck. But I for sure do not trust the app or the customer service people and do not plan to use for future orders. I feel it’s to much of a hassle for something that should be easy
I ordered 2 long dresses, for my daughters wedding. My first ordered got canceled, because I used a reward of 10 dollars, that apparently I had already used a while ago. I was okay with that. I reordered my 2 dresses again, what I received was 2 men’s pants, yet my ordered summary said 2 dresses. I called, spoke to a customer service representative. The lady said, I will open up a case, I don’t want to reorder and you get the wrong items again. I will send you return labels for the wrong items, someone will call you, with in 24 hours. They will hand pick your items, you will get expedited shipping. I return the items the same day. I waited for the call, nothing, so I called on the 3rd day. I speak to a customer care, who says, sorry, your items are no longer available. I was so disappointed, I asked for a supervisor. I speak to the supervisor, She said, We emailed you, yesterday . I said, I was told someone was going to call me and nobody did. She said, JCPenney doesn’t call, We only have one of your dresses available, do you wanted. I said, yes. I was transferred to a another person, to place my order. I asked if, I would get fast shipping and Free. She said, it will be free, which , I already had that, in my original order, but it will be standard shipping. I just told her, why? They screwed up my order twice, JCPenney policy’s. I said forget it. Sorry for the long story, I am so mad, been a JCPenney credit card holder for many years.
