** Please note that GPS is used to obtain accurate clock in/out locations. In order to provide accurate locations, GPS operates for a short duration in the background after pressing clock in/out. Only the clock in/out, start break, and stop break locations are recorded.

2021.6.1

This release includes three new widget types. Labor Hours, Labor Cost, and Operator Hours (equipment) widgets. Each widget can be customized by setting date ranges, data types, and whether the widgets shows your own metrics or everyone you have permission to view.

In 2021.6 Supervisors have a new tool! The Job Costing Tool makes it easy to add projects and cost codes to your crew's time at the end of the day.

The Job Costing Tool has two options. Use the "No Job Costing" option to quickly add Projects, Cost Codes, and Equipment to the entire crew's time for the day.

Use the "No Cost Codes On Project" option to quickly assign the crew's time to the cost codes they worked on for the day for each project.

Supervisors can now quickly support workflows where employees just worry about clocking in and clocking out while the supervisors handle adding the job costing.

2021.6 Also adds the Project Number to the project picker when clocking in. You can also search by the project number to quickly find the right project.

Best app out there!

Finally something for us! I’ve wanted a good Construction App/Software for my business forever and I’ve tried a bunch of them. busybusy is by far the best for my employees because they’ll actually use it and it makes payroll easy, accurate and fast for my office staff. There’s not another product out there that compares and trust me, it’s taken me a long time searching to find the best one. Thank you busybusy for great customer service and a great product. My job is so much easier thanks to this app.

Fantastic idea, but needs some work.

Great tool but unreliable. Quite often when clocking in, the timer starts, and appears to be working. But only when I log in from the shop. If I start time or try to switch from job to job, the app opens and says location is disabled and prompts me to open settings and turn on. Yet, it is on. This happens every time I switch tasks from anywhere but the shop. As well it will revert to having not started the timer. So 3-4 hours of my day are not recorded. It makes it very difficult to separate my hours through the day. When at the shop, there is no WiFi, so that cannot be the issue for location. The constant prompting to allow location services is the biggest hassle. I have no choice but to use the app as it is a company requirement, but it does cause a big hassle for payroll department and I cannot accurately log or follow my own time. In order to use this app, I have to keep a pen and paper back up. Kind of negates the point of using the app.

Great App

This is a great way to track costs from project to project and be able to take a look back at what happened, when it happened, how it happened, and by who. Being able to pull reports to see how my estimated labor costs turned to actual. Also, being able to set a labor budget for a specific part of each project is a great way or keeping our labor budget in check! Thank you
