The BANDZONE app is a free stand-alone companion for your BANDZONE account, providing on-the-go access to all your band’s information—perfect for checking or updating details away from your computer.
The BANDZONE online service lets you stay on top of gigs, rehearsals, song info, setlists, essential files, and more—all from your desktop or mobile device.

Organize gigs, rehearsals, and other events in a shared calendar, with availability feedback from all members and all relevant data in one place. The integrated absences calendar for your band members makes event planning even more streamlined. Whether you’re organizing a show or booking studio time, every band member stays informed via a personal band calendar that can be synced with most calendar apps.

Store both general and personal song info, generate engaging setlists from your song library, and link them to events—keeping everyone in sync before stepping on stage. You can also anonymously vote on which songs to rehearse next, making sure everyone enjoys the band’s setlist and avoiding any personal “no-go” songs. Assigning instruments to each song helps optimize the setlist, reducing stress caused by frequent instrument changes on stage.

Keep essential documents, lyrics, recordings, and other band resources like logos, press info, or tech riders organized and accessible. Files are stored where they belong, whether that’s with the band, specific songs, events, or venues. Files can even be made publicly accessible for quick sharing with people outside the band. WHY NOT?
BANDZONE is not the right fit if you’re looking for a lyrics/sheet music app for live performance or if you need offline functionality, as these features are not available (yet…).
HOW?
Log in with your existing BANDZONE online service credentials or create a free account directly in the app and try it with your entire band for 32 days (after that, you’ll need a full band access).
