This Wallet is Amazing

This is simply turning out to be my “go to” wallet when saving or transferring huge funds! Every transaction happens flawlessly thanks to the simple design! But there is still MUCH room for improvement!1- There is a bug that somehow still isn’t fixed. This bug makes the bottom UI disappear so I have to close my application and relaunch it every time to make it go away. 2- It would be great if you made the bitcoin purchases simpler. I feel like I have to go through soooooo many verifications and steps just to buy bitcoin(I get that it’s for security reasons, but it would be great if you tried to find any room for improvement to make it an easier and better purchase experience).

This app can be a scam. Be very careful because if you download this app on a device and try to download it from the cloud it will corrupt and you will have no access to anything in your wallet. The developers will then tell you your assets in the wallet are no longer available to you. You lose everything, be sure as soon a you download the app immediately back it up and get the 12 words to explore, they will not tell you this since it is a way for them to get free crypto in there app. Very disappointed and would give them negative stars if available. I have a wallet that has quite a bit of assets that I have been told is lost forever, I can look at the currency, but can not ever access it again though I have the wallet ID which is like a account #. Terrible customer service. It is funny that the developer says the recommend people back up, it should be a requirement if they have no ability to access without the back up. This app plays the part of not being able to help when in reality they have the ability to see there is a wallet with currency in it, but can not help the end user access. This is the only app that it is not good enough to set up an account with a solid password. After that have put your currency in their app then and only then do they tell you a back up is necessary and that could very likely be too late. Again -5 stars, pick a better app. Will recommend every one I speak with to use another wallet. They are scam artists.

I wanted to see is this would be a good wallet, so I decided to try it out. I am always looking to find the best wallet for me. So i use several depending on what I am doing will depend on which wallet I use. I decided to try this one out. I bought some bitcoin through them which was expensive won’t do that again. Then I sent the bitcoin right away. This was THREE DAYS AGO! And it’s still not confirmed on the block chain. I’ve never had it take this long out of the thousands of transactions I’ve done through many different wallets. My other wallet I am using I’ve sent probably 20 transactions today, all of them were confirmed in under 10 mins. I sent a lot of them to the same destination as this one. The others went through. This one going on day 4 now still says unconfirmed. The best part is, the transaction fee for my other wallet was less than half of this one. In reached out to customer service, they said the speed depends on the transaction fee, higher the fee faster the transaction. Well I paid twice what I normally pay and it’s been 3 days going on 4?!? They have got to be just pocketing the transaction fees, it’s the only thing that makes sense. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

When you send transactions on the BTC network they wait for miners to pick them up and include them in the next block. Due to limited block space on BTC, transactions can wait for a long time. Think of it like a long queue for the bus where people can out bid each other for the next seat. There are limited seats on the bus which can mean your TX may be in queue for some time. Missing transaction

At first I love this app they confirm very fast and reliable but why I’m here is that I sent $100 buck on 3/3/24 I make few transactions exactly that day but I reduce the transaction fee of the $100 because it’s too much and I tried to complain that why is my transactions still pending ? I went to the support center then i complain about it They told me to provide my extended key and wallet ID. And next thing the guy told me am that is my app update? I said No but that’s after the guy ask for the extended key and wallet ID and the next thing I went to my App Store to update the app and I did that immediately I loggin back to the app to check my pending transactions again and I couldn’t find it anymore I find the rest of the transaction but the $100 I sent was missing the both transactions were missing and I know the date won’t lie but I don’t find the $100 I sent on that day and I couldn’t find the guy that told me to update the app and I go back and complain about it that why is my transaction missing they keep telling me maybe my wallet address is changed but NO the wallet address is still the same one there I hope they work on my money and refund it back to my wallet ya all should be safe 😞🥺Thank you

Hi there, the Bitcoin.com wallet app is fully non-custodial, which means we do not have access to any of our users' wallets/transactions.If a pending transaction from that long ago disappeared from your transaction history, it most likely has become invalid due to a low fee or some other reason, and therefore would no longer appear on the blockchain or your transaction history. It would look as if the transaction never happened.If the above has happened, then the funds from your pending transaction would have simply been returned to your wallet.
