Easily search for and book your next trip through our redesigned booking flow. Once your reservation is completed, your trip will automatically be added to the My Trips section.

Keep track of your upcoming trips, view all flight details and updates, and access useful features at the right time, such as:

• Baggage allowance
• Upgrade list
• Standby list
You can also complete traveler information in advance to speed up your check-in process, pay for reservations made with PriceLock, and request an upgrade to Business Class.
CHECK-IN
Save time at the airport in just a few steps by checking in from the comfort of your home. Access your boarding pass directly from the app whenever you need it.
CONNECTMILES
Sign in to your ConnectMiles account to view trips associated with your profile and check your bonus miles balance, status qualification progress for the next year, and recent activity. You can also quickly access your ConnectMiles card. If you are not yet a member, you can enroll directly through our app.

I have been trying to sign in to the app and sometimes it will let me in but the majority of the time it gives me a red box that states that the login info I am using is not recognized. Yet I use the same login in on my iPhone and on my Mac. I have uninstalled the app on my iPad, powered off/on my iPad and still it does not work. If I am able to log in, the app is good…. Also, clicking App Support takes you to Copa’s website and there is no options for Technical Support. The contact information is only for reservations, problems with ConnectMiles, etc. but not support for applications.

I wish I could let the whole world know how mean they are to non Spanish or foreign nationals so everybody can stay away from this airline. I wasn’t able to board a flight because I was a day into the 6 month window of my passport expiration which I understood even though wasn’t aware I took that blame. They promised that I can always use my airline credit as any other airline does since I clearly did not miss my flight. After I renewed my passport they constantly kept playing games not allowing me to use my ecredit. Lord knows the back and forth I had with the reps. Finally spoke to a supervisor and he explained that per their policy in order to use my ecredit they have to book it for me at a much higher price different from what I saw online plus a $100 booking fee. I had a $500 credit the flight I was gonna book was $490 online. Since I was using my ecredit they quoted me a different rate which was over $660 plus a booking fee of $100 making $800 with taxes. So I had to pay an extra $300 to my $500 credit. I ended up booking a whole new trip with a different airline.
Impossible to delete account

Once again, another company that makes it nearly or completely impossible to delete your account and personal data. Vampires. Apple has also failed, yet again, to validate the account deletion flow. The “delete account” link in the app simply navigates you to a page where you’re instructed to email them (and where they ask for a scanned copy of your passport or drivers license to validate you, a massive privacy risk). I emailed them the requested info, sans scanned ID, and immediately received and auto reply saying that a form needs to be filled out and that the email isn’t sufficient. Fools. I filled out the form and heard back from them. They told me they wouldn’t delete my account without a scanned color copy of my passport (even though I was emailing them from my email address associated with my account). I told them they’d never get my ID and that their policy is garbage. Adding insult to injury, Copa won’t even allow you to change your email address or personal info without submitting a convoluted request form. Data vampires. I will NEVER fly their airline. Ever.
Frustrated with information

1. Major issue is when the app informs you of the wrong terminal. 1 hour before it still indicates I’m in wrong terminal. 2. Luggage information leaves you wondering whether you should go pick your bag up for connecting flight. Which means you have to go through immigration to get your luggage on my case. It should tell you to pick up or not, and not have to determine if it’s a Interline baggage. But major issue it never updates with basic info like Terminal and gate. This is critical in large airport so you don’t find yourself rushing to get to correct departing gate. Work is needed !I finally gave up and resorted to old school looking at information boards and asking if board or app had wrong information. Turned out app had incorrect information.
