UPDATE 4: After about three and a half months and more than 20 emails with customer service (shout-out to Martin, thanks for all the help!), my account has FINALLY been fixed and I can play again. And wow. I don’t know why I ever deleted this game. It’s so much more than just a tapping game. You actually have to think, plan, and strategize. A move that helps you short term may hurt you long term and vice versa. I’ve never hit “endgame” before. There’s so much to do. UPDATE 3: Customer support has been understanding and are attempting to fix the problem, but it still won’t load. UPDATE 2: App still won’t load. Will gladly update the review once the issue is fixed. UPDATE: am in contact with customer support. Had the app a couple years back and loved it. School and life happened, had to get rid of it. Wanted to get back into the game, so I redownloaded it. It won’t load. It just sits on the loading screen adding dots to the ... chain on “setting up game............” I’m not being impatient either. I let it set for over an hour yesterday hoping something would happen. Would love to play the game but can’t get it to even load up. Will update review and rating once this is fixed.

Really fun but kinda buggy

The “The World Is Mine” event just ended, and I had achieved the first two medals in it. It told me I was able to receive my prizes when the event ended, but I’m not able to. First off, trying to tap on the event tab is really buggy and it won’t let me unless I’m on a tab other than my home. There it has a box saying “Congratulations! You can claim a reward from the “ event!” It has a “show me” button underneath that text, and when I tap on the button absolutely nothing happens. The prizes i was supposed to get were some diamonds and a mining pack blueprint, and I didn’t receive either of those. What’s more, when I go into the blueprints tab, it doesn’t even show me the different packs, so I won’t be able to know when I receive my mining pack even if I eventually do.Please fix this!

Not only is the game itself complicated enough to keep your mind invested in figuring out the math of your construction queue, the devs actually give you daily free gems (the premium currency that you buy whenever you use irl money) but you are actually able to invest yours gems. You can take your gems and upgrade your daily amount of gems, you start off with a gem a day and, using 90 gems, go to 6 gems per day or use 5 gems to upgrade to 2 gems a day. Keeping you interested in the game and investing your premium currency is awesome

Found a glitch in a calculation..

Cool game.. addictive for sure. I’ll say more when I get a little higher in level and when this glitch is fixed.When I load the game the calculation for “30 Minute Time Warp” will show one value, but when I adjust the number of merchants on an item, the calculated value for the 30 minute time warp is cut in half. Loading the game again returns the calculation to the original value. Until I move a merchant.. then it halves again. I use thus value as a meter to when to invest in the next item production and it’s frustrating that I can’t tell if I’m looking at double value, actual value or half value for $ earned in 30 min. Please fix and I’ll talk more about the awesome the game has :)
