A Broken App From Abandonment
This app doesn’t work. It doesn’t find or pair to your brand-new Creative Zen headphones. Nor does the app have the ability to create a profile for use (must visit their website for completion). It seems that the company stopped payment to the app developers or something - ???
Just pair the headphones through your device’s Bluetooth settings, then use the physical buttons present on the device.
Shameful.
What is the point?
Why have this app and the SXFI App, but not allow users/customers connect their headphones or even allow the devices to be discoverable? This is slightly upsetting. I love the product itself, but the apps are far from functional and light years away from being user friendly.
