The app has been good over the past 3-4 years on PG&E (California) but has recently (about May 2020) stopped working. I can no longer log into the system with the app. Logging in via the website is fine, so there is something wrong with the app integration. Using a Rainforest EAGLE-100.

Doesn’t Work with Older RFA-Z109 Eagle Gateways

I’ve had the Eagle RFA-Z109 (legacy Eagle gateway I believe they renamed as the EAGLE 100) since Rainforest Automation started making them around 2012. It still works fine with my PG&E (California) SmartMeter, but this app doesn’t. Won’t even connect. Maybe it was never intended to, but if so that should be disclosed on the description. And I shouldn’t have to create a Rainforest Automation account just to view my own meter readings from the locally connected Eagle.

App’s utility bill per hour cost is incorrect

It’s off by a factor of 10x (too high)The $ per hour electricity usage calculation is correct on their web portal however. Surprised this iOS app bug has lasted so long (have had & used the app for over a year)

Does not allow login via cloud or local. Using browser I am able to login in, but not with this app. Useless app.
