Unable to edit
It’s too bad that we are unable to edit the work we save on our lap tops/desk top on our phones. So inconvenient.

Hello, Unfortunately no, our mobile app is designed only for reading and we are trying to always advertise it as such. With this in mind, we’ll try to see what we can do to make this more transparent to our users. We are continuously improving our app so stay tuned for more updates.
Unable to retrieve the digital article I purchased
I purchased an article , paid my 5 dollars, a link was provided that said Read and I had to create an account but when I actually opened the App using my account and password, it said I had no purchases. It has been weeks of me contacting the publisher and the Flipsnack representative on line to no avail. It is terrible that people ‘s money is being taken like this. The link does not work on any other device desktop and laptop. This company and app highly impractical .

More features?
I use this for my high school newspaper. I think it would be very convenient to be able to edit the template on my phone. It’s very good to look and read templates but I would like the flipbook you saved on a computer, to be editable on mobile.
