My niece bought a frame that uses FRAMEO for my sister who absolutely loved it! Then my sister bought one for me and I love it. I proceeded to buy one for my daughter. We all love it and I’m sure will be buying frames that use FRAMEO for other friends and family members.After receiving a new modem at home, I had a problem where my FRAMEO could not see or connect with my WiFi. I reached out to my internet provider who was not much help and then to FRAMEO who was a BIG help. They provided me with specific specs to pass on to my internet provider and then much to my pleasure…..they reached out and checked with me a few days later to see if the problem had been resolved. I told them that it had not and they gave me a few more things to try. I could not believe that the company would be proactive and reach out to make sure that my issue was solved. After a long time dealing with my internet provider…I am finally up and running again.I am so grateful to FRAMEO for the support they provided and for not giving up on me even though it wasn’t their problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone to use this app!!

It gets the job done… mostly. You can only select 10 photos at a time unless you pay 1.99 a month which is kind of ridiculous because it’s just an app that lets me add pictures to a digital picture frame?? Definitely did not expect to need a subscription to use this app to its full potential. You can’t see all the pictures you’ve added to the frame in the app without the upgrade either, you have to go on the picture frame to make any changes, unless you want to pay for the upgrade. Also doesn’t seem like the apps been upgraded at any point in the recent past. My biggest complaint is that once you’ve selected your 10 photos and hit the next button, you can’t unselect from that screen, and it’s really easy to accidentally select a picture and not realize it.. and unless all of my selected pictures are really close in my camera roll, it’s difficult to go back and de-select. So then I usually just send them and have to go into the frame device to remove it.I’ll end on a positive note though, besides it being a little annoying to upload the photos, I LOVE my actual device, didn’t even realize it was touch screen till it arrived so I like that I can make edits right on the device, like rotating and “fit to frame” (although wouldn’t need this if I could do it right from the app lol). The quality of the photos is good and it tells the time and weather which I really like. You can also add captions to the photos which is a cool feature.

I’ve had photo frames in past years and they were nice, but it wasn’t really easy to put pictures on it or add pictures from different places, or even to add pictures from your family who live far away. This one, on the other hand, has made everything so easy. And what’s more beautiful yet is that my kids can send me pictures of them with their kids whenever they get them from wherever they are in the world! And they just start showing up on the frame. You can pick your own pictures off your phone and in a couple of clicks they’re on there. And this one is touchscreen so you can just click it. See how many pictures you have there and delete some if you have duplicates or don’t want it anymore, but it is amazing and the quality of the pictures are beautiful. I am raving about this to everybody. And I feel so connected to my daughter’s, and their families is a beautiful bonus. I love Frameo.

I’m using my frame to offload my billions of pics. Though I was deleting as soon as I uploaded, I was still getting messages that my storage was full! In the space settings I saw that Frameo, which downloads at less than 50mb, was taking up 7.1 GIGS of space on my phone! It wouldn’t let me delete old uploads (didn’t realize that feature was there before) at first because it was just too much at once; it’d crash when I tried. So I had to delete the app (which took two tries and two reboots because it was a LOT by that point) to free up that space. So if you’re dealing with a ton of photos, make sure you empty out your uploads cache periodically - it’s the clock icon on the far right bottom, and then the trash can icon top right. Otherwise, this is the best frame app I’ve used. Granted I’ve only used two, but the other one was Aimor and that was forcing me to crop every single photo when I uploaded. So this is the best choice of the two and I’ll only get frames that use this app.UPDATE: the Frameo frames don’t even see the micro sd card half the time. I just want a digital frame like they used to have in the late 90s where they always just worked!
