Love the all, enjoy the simplistic aspect of being able to log workouts. Just a couple add one would be awesome.1.) Organizing/Declutter Personal Records: This is the biggest thing I love about the app is being able to see my personal records for various rep maxes, sets, etc. I would love for there to be a way to make the personal record page a little less cluttered, somehow separating the different styles of records from each other to make them easier to view.2.) A graph of the personal records: I would love to be able to see a graphical history of my personal records, to compare how I’ve increased over time.Otherwise, great app.

Hey there! It’s funny: I was just thinking today about how I’d clean up the personal records view. I’ll take a look at it and see what I can do to clean it upFeedback received on a personal records chart! I think that’s a great idea and I will look into it
Great starter workout app!

This is a great workout app and probably one of the best ones I had found when I initially started working out. I used this app for probably two years. It’s simple, easy to use, and has a really nice interface. It does almost everything you need without all the extra bloat of other apps. Eventually, I switched to a more complex app because I wanted additional features that didn’t seem like they were in the Gains pipeline, which is fine. The only real downside to the Gains app is that you can’t plan future workouts and it’s not possible to re-order sets and routines if your workout changes while you’re doing it. This app is really designed to enter your workout as you’re doing it. If you use the routine feature and have it bring the sets in from that you can’t re-order them if you do them out of order from what is shown. As a Taipei personality that kind of annoyed me. Otherwise, though, this is a perfect app for most people starting out in the gym or just casual gym goers. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you for the kind words! Yes, all the features you’re using (and many more to come) are 100% free! There will be a new subscription coming soon that will introduce some even more powerful stuff for you, but everything you’re seeing now will always be free!
Great! But needs like 10% more

This is super straight forward and I love it. I especially love the simple weight input buttons (45, 35, 25 etc). BUT in regards to tracking lifts over a long period of time, it’s hard to see how far you’ve improved, a simple chart would be best or “worst set” added to the list that’s there now maybe as a short term improvement. Also, it’s also hard to know the math on which set has been your best set to begin for a starting weight to improve upon without digging into the data. Even just having a calculated estimated 1 rep max would be helpful to set goals with. Overall I will keep using this app with hopes for a few minor additions in the future that will help better track, load weights, and set my goals without hindering the simplicity that I’ve come to enjoy.

Thank you for the feedback! I’m working on basically all of your suggestions!
Simply Stunning (+ Functional)

I’ve tried a few workout apps to keep track of my routine progress, but I can hands down say that this is one of, if not, the best workout routine tracker app I have every used. With the aesthetics and design similar to an IOS app, and the data manipulation possibilities of Excel, it is an amazing app for tracking workouts, especially for free! Dear developer, thank you for making something free and actually useful for individuals If I were to add one thing to the app, it would be Apple Watch adaptability for a more synchronized experience :)

Thank you very much for the kind words!
Bug fixes
→ Fixed an issue where exporting Gains data would cause a crash
→ Fixed an issue where deleting a sub-folder inside a routine folder would not work
