I will give it two stars, but in all honesty it’s like SHEIN only more pricy , and not as good customer service. I bought a $40 dress from here and it came in a month. Shein shipping takes WAY less time. The dress was also pretty cheap looking for the price. It looked like the picture but I couldn’t get past the material. I did return it , ship it back. The return process is pretty long and not that easy. There’s no return bottom like SHEIN has on their page. You literally have to find a customer service email and email that you would like to return your item. After you ship it back, you have to take a picture of the receipt . That process also takes about a month, but it did take me about two months because I had to remind them about my return. If I didn’t remind them of the return, I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. I’ll stick to SHEIN

I have not even bought anything because I could tell right away that this entire website is a cash scam. Deleted the app. Please let me explain what I mean by “scam.” (1) When you click on a photo of something it takes you to a list of items, not the item you clicked. (2) Every single photo is edited. The models and the clothing is clearly photoshopped, so you have no way to know what you’d even be getting. (3) These EXACT items can be found on SHEIN and other websites with the REAL original photos at half the price. (4) All of the models have plastic surgery, edited out cellulite, and edited skin color, etc, which would make it impossible for you to know how any item will fit a normal person. (5) Fake 5* reviews saying how great the company is … to hide all of the real 1* reviews complaining about products and customer service. I advise people to stay away from fraudulent business practices like these. You have no way to get your money back after they screw you.

UPDATE ONE: the order is now MORE than a month. I won’t even bother with a refund, because of the hoops and fees you have to deal with. They offered a measly 5% coupon instead - HAHAHAHAHA!!! ( I laugh to keep myself from cursing!) What would I do with a coupon when I’m NEVER ORDERING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN??? I just know these clothes are going to be the worst - because the entire experience has been the worst. You need to make people aware of your “handling time”, and be much more transparent about your so-called refund policy because it is a complete runaround. ChicMe never really plans to issue refunds, do you? You know most people will just suffer the money they have spent and lost, rather than deal with your joke of a refund policy.What a JOKE! Original reviewI placed an order about 3 weeks ago and the order is still PROCESSING! Not to mention, I ordered Christmas themed items and they definitely won’t arrive in time. There is no update or anything - just processing for weeks! They state standard shipping is 7-10 business days, but NOWHERE do they mention that processing can take as long as it takes for your hair to turn gray. I’m trying to cancel the order, but of course I can’t get anywhere with that issue so I guess I’m stuck. When (and if) these clothes arrive and they better be at least DECENT quality - but regardless I WILL be back to update this review. As it stands now - I WISH I HAD NEVER MET CHIC ME!!! You have ruined my Christmas outfit goals and I hope you get coal in your Christmas stocking!

Horrible company stole my money and I got nothing in return please keep your money there are plenty other places to shop that aren’t scam artist! Ordered two items contacted customer service immediately when I saw how delayed shipping was. The customer agent said he or she had canceled it turn around few day they I haven’t received my refund and the company tells me oh it because we went ahead and shipped the items so now we can’t give you a refund. Apparently the items “shipped” still never received them I contact them again now it’s I have to file a claim with the shipping service because it’s their fault not chic me scammers fault. Do the claim and then they say well we can’t do a refund cause the items were shipped out and we already paid the shipping company. I wouldn’t waste my money on this hot garbage ever again. And I advise you not to either! It forces you to leave at least one star cause they don’t deserve any.
