When you open the app for the first time, you can either select "have a card" or "need a card". Most people with 1 star reviews have said they used the "have a card" and that's where it's broken. I got free guacamole easily by creating a card and account. Try doing that even if it costs you a few points.

The app is VERY basic when it works. The MORE button just keeps refreshing and looking for something that isn’t there. Little to no navigation around the app.Uncle Julios, here is a little constructive criticism to make you better. First, make your app a solid tool that can be used by everyone. I’m confident the app is causing a loss in revenue when customers can’t download your menus or navigate through the app without bugs. Finally, now that we are living through the “New Normal” as a result of COVID-19, take the time to modernize this app and make it more appealing. There is nothing more inviting and welcoming when your app is clean, modern and the pictures leave you drooling! It’s a known fact and many studies show, people eat with their eyes FIRST and that means revenue for UJ! I have many more ideas to make your business flourish but that comes with a cost. This app is horrible will not even open anymore and restaurants never mention anything about rewards program or it’s benefits

The interface is okay for working your way down through the menus but there is no Back button to work your way back upwards. Makes it impossible to view food choices and not choose it and go back to view the other options. Pretty much hopeless for composing an order to go having a few items. Who builds a unidirectional app with hierarchical menus with no way to move back up? It's taken me longer to discover the flaws and give up than if I had called them, ordered and driven to the place to pick it up.
