This app is junk. Useless and never works. When you call customer service they tell you the easiest way to access any info is via the app or website. Well, when you download the app and get through the login process, you get a loading page…and that’s where your journey ends. I’ve let that page load for 4 hours and never got to anything. Don’t waste your time with this app. Make the customer service agents answer your questions. This app is GARBAGE!

After logging in, there’s a white screen. Just blank. When we had the nurse visit, I couldn’t get pass the register the account screen now this. I can’t access our information on the website either…. I’m not sure why this app hasn’t been updated or tested out so users can enjoy a bug free app. Zero stars.

I have to teinter information or a lot of tubes I get a white screen and can’t use it even if I delete the app and try to reinstall it again. I usually just call them instead.
