The “counselors” present on this app are quite frankly the worst. They’re either rude, completely disinterested, or they just don’t care anymore. Talked to 2 different counselors and they don’t seem to care, no actual advice was given. The second counselor quite literally said “ok” RIGHT after I got finished explaining my problems.
